Workout for Legs On Floor without stressing knees| Bridge Pose | Hip Thrusts

In this video I’ve broken down bridge pose which is excellent to strengthen legs, glutes and back. I have given 4 variations including Hip Thrusts which have also evolved from Bridge Pose and work on strengthening glutes. These poses can be done by anyone in any age group as they do not load your knees and yet give you strong legs. Bridge pose is also very relaxing at the end of a long day at work.
