Meeraki is an AI-powered wellness intelligence platform developed by Racketail Solutions and Technologies Pvt Ltd. Meeraki brings together information from compatible wellness devices and supported data sources to provide wellness insights, trends, and informational tools.

By accessing or using Meeraki, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable policies referenced by them. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the applicable Meeraki service.

Meeraki is currently in beta and may be made available only to selected individuals, psychologists and therapists, and organizations on request.

Beta features may change, be suspended, or become unavailable without prior notice. Beta access does not guarantee continued access to any particular feature or service.

You agree to use Meeraki only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation or security of the service.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or infrastructure, or use the service to distribute malicious or unlawful material.

Where an account or beta access request is required, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping any account credentials reasonably secure.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account where that activity results from your failure to protect your credentials.

Meeraki may support integrations with smart rings, smart watches, Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and other compatible wellness data sources.

Availability and accuracy of information depend on the connected device, data source, permissions, connectivity, and other technical factors. Meeraki does not guarantee that every device or data source will be supported or that every metric will be available at all times.

Meeraki provides wellness intelligence, informational insights, trends, and related tools. It is not intended to diagnose medical conditions, detect disease, or make treatment decisions.

Meeraki information is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a health concern, seek appropriate professional advice.

Features made available to psychologists and therapists are intended to provide consent-based wellness context and informational support between sessions.

Professionals remain responsible for their own professional judgment, client relationships, records, and decisions. Meeraki does not make clinical or treatment decisions on behalf of professionals.

Corporate wellness features may provide authorized wellness information and organizational insights according to the applicable configuration and permissions.

Organizations are responsible for using employee information appropriately and in accordance with applicable laws, agreements, internal policies, and employee permissions.

The Meeraki name, branding, software, design, content, and related intellectual property belong to Racketail Solutions and Technologies Pvt Ltd or its respective licensors.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Meeraki materials or software.

Meeraki may rely on third-party devices, platforms, integrations, infrastructure, or services. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies. Meeraki is not responsible for services that are independently operated by third parties.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Meeraki at any time, particularly while the platform is in beta.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or environment.

Meeraki is provided on an availability basis during beta. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy, or suitability of wellness information for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Racketail Solutions and Technologies Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of or inability to use Meeraki.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Meeraki after an updated version becomes available constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to applicable legal requirements and jurisdiction.
